Those who meet defeat are skillful in safeguarding their fallacious tendencies, while victors excel in dismantling them.

There is no need for further contemplation, journaling, or publicizing. What is required is action - to grasp the hammer and commence with deliberate force.

For the sole means of escape lies in confronting the self-imposed prison constructed from one's own deceptive justifications.
